Any student undertaking a full time college course (one or two years) will also be enrolled on to a Maths and/or English programme if they have not already achieved a grade C / Level 4 at GCSE. Those learners who have previously achieved a grade D / Level 3 at GCSE will be able to retake their GCSE English and Maths. Those who have no GCSE in English or Maths or have a grade below a D / 3, will be enrolled on a Functional Skills programme.
