Supported Internships

Supported Internships are designed for young people aged 16–24 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). You can work toward an accredited qualification while gaining real-world workplace experience
with a supported internship at a top local sports, leisure centre, or green spaces.

Partnership with the College 

►  Ongoing support from job coaches and tutors ensures students are prepared and supported.
► Reduced recruitment and training costs, as the college helps prepare students for the role.

Work placement

 Interns work with you for 20 to 30 hours a week, providing valuable extra capacity.
